It increases blood circulation through the heart 1. Brisk walking 2. Swimming 3. Biking/ Pedaling a stationary bike 4. Aerobic Dancing But not exceed to 30 minutes. Anything else you want to add? do you think this are effective to lose some weight and lose the belly?

All the excercises mentioned by are good excercises for burning Fat. I would suggest you not to stick to one excercise. Try to do variation in your excercise schedule. Becuase after some time your body becomes used to to a excercise and it doesn't help you in burning fat. You may chose brisk walking on day 1, Swimming on Day2, Biking on Day3 and Arobic on Day4 and on Day5 a mixutre of the all. Try this. Best of Luck!

What I really want right now is belly dancing. It helps to learn dancing and also a good exercise to reduce the waistline. We still do anyone of this depend on our mood. Like what you said we have to do this variety and never stop it helps to make our bones much stronger and to build more muscle too. Good day! God bless!

Oh swimming! I heard about that by watching television. I cant swim everyday. We just go to the resort if there's any occasion and summer. I think it helps also if we do not eat much at night before go to sleep.

Yoga is great, and easy to learn on Youtube on your own. Also Pilates. I also think doing sit ups and push ups is great. You can also make your own weights using old water bottles in order to work out your arms.

Hi. like you i also don't want to spend so much just to stay physically fit that's why I am not one of those who enroll in "gym classes/sessions." I think you can add running ,jogging, yoga, and pilates in your list. There are yoga and pilates DVDs or donwloads which you can use so all you have to buy is the yoga mat :D. As for running and jogging you can invest in some good running shoes and just run run and run! Good luck and stay fit! Happy mylotting! :D

Well im taking Herbalife for more than 10 years but i still need exercise to build more muscle and burn some fat of my belly. But im so lazy doing exercise so most of the time i only drink the Herbalife tea which burns my fat and make me sweat. Just like 30 minutes aerobics in a glass but i want abs and wear 2 piece.
