Does anyone use Pay Per View ads on their site or blog?

I am thinking of switching from Google Adsense to a Pay Per View ad system instead, at least on some of my blogs. Has anyone here tried Pay Per View ads? what is the best network to join in order to get that kind of ads? I heard Clicksor might be good, does anyone have any experience with them?
