How do you know if your friend is hiding something from you?

How close are you with your friends? Could you tell if they are hiding something from you, like something that they don't want you to know, or something that they don't want to share with you? A friend of mine once did that to me. She has a big crush on my bf but never admitted it to me. She tried to hide her feelings although it's obvious. It's a good thing I trust them both.

It is very hard sometimes to doubt if your friend is hiding something from you. There is this issue of trust which you together have built to become friends in the first place.
But it won't hurt to listen to your intuition, the first time u feel it. And then give it sometime or wait for more indications to support your intuition.
So long as what she or he is hiding is not causing harm to you. no real problem about it.Isn't it.

i have had experiences when my best friend would not tell me every thing or change her story of things that really happened. I would immediately know because when my best friend does that she couldn't look to me straight to the eye. she would usually change the topic quickly and and just ignore any questions i'll have. But after a while she would still tell me the truth, because she know for a fact that she can trust me and no matter what happened, i'll be her friend.
