My manager flatter my boss

Some of my colleagues say that our manager is a flattering person. She usually flatter our boss to look for more benefits. So, they often put difficulties in her ways. They hate her. They want me following them. I know that they're right about my manager. But she is very good for me. I don't have any reasons to hate her. How must I do now?

I hate flattering and it is something that I can never do. I hate both the people who are carried away by flattery and the people who take advantage of others by flattering. I used to have two boses who were taken away by flattering. I should keep this in mind when I become a boss and should be the same and not partial to be anybody. The people who often flatter are dangerous like a snake. Keep away from them.

I'm too. I hate the same people. When she left here, I feel comfortable.

first do your work as your manager required and then try not to join your colleages team. it is not good for you to do the things against your leader.

Yes, I will do the same. Thank you for your response. But do you think that it's difficult when I must be between my manager and colleagues?

I know, people just want you to take side, and you are stuck in the middle, even though you want to be neutral. I felt the same way too sometimes. I just don't want to join those people, and take side of whether who is wrong, or who must be hated.

It's best to remain neutral and get your job done. The others are plainly not getting theirs done.

I think I only should do my jobs the best but I still feel uncomfortable between my colleagues.
