Drinking lot of water will......

Our body composed of 75% of liquids. In each level in our skin and deep in the our bones, liquids are still presents. So if a person don't drink the required amount intake, our body will suffer and our water in our body will be drained and dehydrated. If a person will regularly the required intake, it will replenish the liquids that loose in our body. Water will greatly contribute to person to stay healthy.
