What are you doing to release all your stress?

When you are under stress your vitamins and minerals are depleted in our body. Symptoms of Stress: Anxiety Irritability Sleep disorder Depression Allergic-like reactions Food and chemical intolerance Hyperactivity Causes over production of free radicals in the body. When i feel stressed im so unhappy. What i am doing is to do shopping, watch movie, eat what i want, playing with my dog, releasing my stress to my boyfriend. The important thing is that you voice out all you problems. Prays a lot! Cry and cry until you feel fine.

most of the time, i sing, vent out to my boyfriend or scrap book or something. watching tv n sleep is good too but i obviously lack it too =/

Dont sleep too much when you feel stressed all you have to do is to release it. Eat what you want, do whatever things that makes you happy, watch movie, go out with friends. You know yourself if carrying a baby makes you feel good do that everyday. If you have pet hug them, play with them.

Go for physical activities like jogging, playing basketball so on at least 30 minutes per day.Those were my stress therapy and hypertension buster activity.

Advisable tip to everyone. Just do our work. Makes us busy in all things. And avoid the stressor.

I am stressed on many things and yes, I know it when I am stressed out. I see the signs like what you mentioned. When I have an argument with my bf, I would get out of his sight, trying to release it outside. I am focused on my laptop doing many things to release it. Have a massage. Eat my comfort food.

Our boyfriend is also our best enemy. Cool! When i experience arguing with him i also do the same. I just leave him alone. Afterward we will realize our mistakes. And we just eat again and again.

Stress leads to so many debilitating illnesses. I am always stressed about almost anything. So what I try really hard to do is take deep breaths and sometimes a break from the world by taking naps. Prayer and hope get me through the day.

Facing your problem and just letting it goes, allowing it to happen and to accept those things. Just do whatever you feel that makes you feel fine.
