Should the Catholic Church continue to oppose the RH bill?

Carlos Celdran in the middle of a Catholic mass - Carlos Celdran mocking the bishops for dictating the nation's fate and hindering the country's development with the placard "Damaso" in remembrance of the famous friar in Jose Rizal's Noli me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. This was in relation to the Church's stand against the RH Bill.

Without offering any alternative solution, should the Catholic Church continue to oppose the Reproductive Health Bill knowing the fact that one of the Philippines' major problem is over population?

perhaps the Catholic Church has better ideas of making laws ...perhaps law makers should listen ... What do you think ?
