how many times do you eat?

I usually eat 2 times a day, only for lunch and dinner. At breakfast I drink only a couple of coffee

I make a point of only eating when I am hungry. If that means I have 10 meals in a day or 1 I make sure to only eat if I feel hunger. THis has been working well for me for years - I have no weight problem and I am never too hungry or too full. I think people who develop weight problems are those who eat at the "set times". But hey - I LOVE FOOD :)
