are there any sites that shows you how to write in a cash book?

i have gottin a cash book and i though i know how to wirte in it but i will like to see some exsamples i have not luck finding any so do you guys know any sites that show you how to write in a cash book/ journal.

You do not specify if it a actual cash book or a computer cash book so I found two different sites one is a youtube that show how to use Excel

had examples. I do not know how good any of them are, or if they are what you want as I did a quick search and found these.
