What happened to the request payment tab on Techdoctordeals?

Ok, so I thought I would request my first payment from Techdoctordeals that everyone has been raving about. And I am pretty sure I have seen a request payment tab somewhere. But when I try to do it, I can't find it anywhere? Have they changed the rules so that regular members can't cash out anymore or what's going on?
I also do not seem to be able to get premier membership anymore.
Do you also see this when you go into Techdoctordeals?
Don't tell me this site was another scam...!!

Guys here, just for your information.
Sooner or later, there will be someone who will warn you: Don't talk about other sites in this site! I once experienced that. So, I just kindly suggest; don't talk about this or you'll be warned as I was. Whether this site is scam or not, we will see it in next few months. This site is new and needs some improvements. Okay, my friends?

I don't see what you mean... people discuss other sites here all the time. Just take a look at the other discussions! Are you somehow affiliated with Techdoctordeals since you don't want us to discuss them? Just wondering...
