I lost 198 Rs just for nothing...I received a service message on my sell phone and I only wanted to view it, but when i pressed the middle button...something started downloading and when i saw that its taking long time i cancelled...similarly i tried to open another, and the same thing happened...and i got 2 msgs saying that I have been charged Rs99 each time for downloading those games...i was sad also irritated...i tried to speak to customer care...but it was night moreover a festival (Dusherra) in India...so everywhere computer replied...i got e-mail from net and i wrote to them...that i had no intention of loading games and I wish to get money back in my account...they not only replied to my mail but also refunded my amount ....how relaxed and happy i felt to get that money back...did it happen with you? ...you get the truly deserved money or thing which was yours with a little bit of effort...the same feeling i had when i got my refund from Paypal from a site that had gone scam...as I escalated the case...i think you should not lose heart and fight for your right and you get results...do u agree with me?

hi eshaan that was good of Airtel and I do wish more companies were like that. I once did a survey and because I had left my name and real address
an online phone company charged my son's phone bill for some service that I had not signed up for at all. in fact I had said no I am not interested but they somehow changed my answers in the survey and had gone ahead and added this service to the phone bill,. My son after I had told him about the survey contacted the company and finally had at and t lawyer to tell them it was illegal to change answers in a survey just to promote their product so the other company did refund
the extra payment and took our name offtheir list.I learned not to trust surveys done by some company s elling a service or a product.

Once I had some issues with my cell phone provider. I had a $500 deposit when I got the phone, but when my contract expired, they didn't want to give my deposit back. I talked to customer service a few times, to no avail. So I researched information about the company. I got the contact information of the company's CEO and some managers. I wrote everybody! I sent emails, and sent out post mails to everybody. Somehow my message must have gone through because I got a personal email from the CEO apologizing and giving me my deposit back.
