Linked accounts

Do you use linked accounts to post something in facebook profile? Facebook is not the only big player in social networking business right now. I am using youtube, twitter, wordpress, last.fm and several other popular websites too where i am posting information which most likely meet the site's audience. In the same time most of my actions in these websites is being reposted or sent to my facebook profile too. For me its ok, but there are some friends of mine who told me that they even miss from where information comes to my FB profile - they think that i am all day sitting in facebook and posting links, jokes etc. :)
