How to organize a baby shower?

Hello guys.. ") One of my closest friend will be having a baby soon. Her scheduled delivery will be on the third week of December. It will be her first baby so everyone is really excited about it. I together with our friends are planning to host a baby shower the problem is none of us has tried organizing such party. Your inputs and suggestions are really appreciated guys. ^.^.. Hope you can help us. Anyways, we are planning to do it on Dec. 12 and we have already chosen a venue. Thanks... God Bless..
