About 4 months ago, I had been abruptly terminated from my ex-company, not until the contract of 6 months probation over. They, my 2 upper level superiors, Product Manager and General Manager, said that I didn't perform during 3 months of my employment. I tried to counter, give proofs, find out and talk further but all they did just give me threats and put me on the corner. I understand now I was the victim of workplace bullying just to save their butts.
However, to my surprise, this was happened in a big Multinational Company based in Texas, US while I'm an Asian employee actually feeling proud and expect to have a better career and professional work traits in more open environment instead of the local Asian company which usually seniority takes role. They, even implicitly, stated their company values or cultures of being fair, ethical, caring internally and externally. And their products are even segmented in Personal Care for baby to adults used, with one of them is a very famous brand name worldwide of tissue paper. In fact, conversely when I intended to look for the fairness and professional solution from the corporate, I only had a reply explaining that my case was just A MISMATCH OF THE REQUIREMENT ROLE AND MY SKILLS, THERE'S NOTHING WRONG ABOUT MY PERSONAL QUALITY.
Seems they never understand and care if this issue is not only made me jobless, but also the intimidation, humiliation and pressures they put on me had distressed me very much. Besides I heard this kind of issue had happened to other employees too before. They don't know what the impacts treat me now, which indeed, it's still haunted me mentally. They ruined my career and my entire life.
Many friends of mine yet my family always advised me to move on and just forget it. I know it's true but if only it's as easy as the words said. Honestly, I still want to get the fairness and my dignity. Am I wrong? Is that possible? Till the date, I haven't known the answer yet.

Sorry to hear about what happened to you. If you feel that your termination is not justifiable, why dont you ask for help from the govt. There are labor laws that protect employees. If you win your case your ex company will have to pay you compensation for moral damages.

Hi, thanks for the advice. I actually thought about reporting this case to the Labor Department here when I was still finding out the solution with the corporate.
However, all of my relative, friends and family said it's better not involving the case to the law as the matter of facts, in Indonesia (I'm Indonesian), law can be bought by money power or in other words, I am now against a big company which have their law jurisdiction personnel to counterpart or even manipulate the case and I should also spend a lot of money to stand still otherwise, I will lost and the worst case, I might be got jailed. With this consideration, I preferred to pend the plan to report my case to the govt till now.
