hi friends. back in the old days, a typical pay-per view will follow a certain order. women's title a grudge match without titles tag team title another grudge match intercontinental title wwe title heavy weight title it follows this kinda order. most of the time i skip through the early matches because they dont make that much of an impression and stick to world titles match but these days, they mixed it up. a world title match could be the first match of the evening or in the middle those low profile matches inbetween high profile matches. i kinda like this idea about shuffling matches so as the viewers dont turn off the TV for the first half of the show. what do you think?

WWE PPVs have seriously grown stale in recent years. They recycle the same cards over and over and over again without any effort to mix things up. Back in the Attitude Era, you'd have Rock or Austin main eventing one week and Kurt Angle or Undertaker stealing the spotlight the next. Now it's just rehashes of Cena/HHH/Orton and it's just incredibly dull. PPVs just lack that special feel to them anymore. Sure, the production values have increased tenfold, but the atmosphere and the events lack that special something and are, on the whole, entirely unforgettable. Heck, even WrestleMania hasn't been up to scratch in the past two years. With that said, I have yet to be disappointed by the Royal Rumble. Such a simple yet marvellous concept.

Yeah, sometimes even main events aren't title matches. They measure the match popularity by how popular the feud of the wrestlers are who's in the match. It depends on how the feud affects the fans greatly.

I don't like how the WWE as gone about changing the way it is, I haven't really watched it since the invasion of WcW and ECW. It was pretty much killed when they did that story line and I think these days WWE tend to repeat their cards by showing the same wrestlers. Those type of match ups annoy me, there's only so many times you can watch them and the story lines seem to lack. Really, I miss the way that they used to have "one" really major ground breaking match up. Just seems they have to come out with how many gimmicks they can, bring back oldies.. return of Bret Hart which honestly got me excited but the match up with vince was just pathetic and I have to say that I don't like the way the Pay Per Views or TV shows are conducted. Sadly :(
