What happens to the basic foundation of institution?

family is the basic institution. A family that are basically composed of a father, a mother, and a children. It is said to be a foundation because without family there's no other institution will be made. According to the study of marriage in America, 8 out of 10 suffered divorce marriage, 1 is in the process of divorce while 1 is called to stable. How sad to learn this fate but it is the fact that family is heavily bombarded and damaged. I can't think what will happen after 50 years, when there is no more marriages and family to stand. I don't know but this is really awakening....
