I have several times. The reasons were different why I regretted it.I think the most disappointing thing is when a person cries for help and never replies to those who are trying to help.I mean you write a long post, do a good job and then you see that the asker doesn't show up at all.And of course, it's annoying to be misunderstood and receive angry comments just because someone doesn't bother to read the entire post.Have you experienced this?

I don't think I have ever regretted replying to a discussion. We do not all have the same views on a topic. It is good for us to see how everyone feels even if we dont agree.

I haven't tried regretting in replying a discussion but I have tried regretting on making a discussion. I hated myself for posting that discussion cause I never knew my ex was reading it and I didn't know how to delete the discussion. That is why now I am very careful on the discussions I post here in mylot.

Sometimes I regret posting about very controversial topics. While I do like to voice my opinion and I enjoy a good debate, I often receive responses to my reply that are ignorant and often even offensive. And reading these kind of responses just bring me down. And sometimes I do wish I hadn't said anything at all.

I avoid controversial topics, sometimes people start a discussion because they're in need to fight with someone. You feel it from the beginning.

Yes, I do sometimes regret replying to discussions here at myLot. And just as you just, it's mainly when the asking person doesn't even see my reply. Personally I prefer quality replies, and that's why I spend quite some time writing my replies. That's fine, and it's my own choice but at least I expect the asker to come back and at least see what I have on mind. I have no problem with them not liking what I wrote, but I just don't like when they don't even notice my reply. Especially after spending 10 minutes writing it. Oh, and yeah, I also regret replying to some of the topics 3-4 years ago. My English was really bad back then. Also, whatever we post can't be changed, it will forever be a part of the internet history. We're writing history here! Think about that before making a quick response next time ;) (not talking to any specific person. Just, in general)

I've had a few where the person told me off. In one case, they were even right. In the first case, it was aggravating, in the second it was embarrassing.

Yes i do There's one mylotter here who is very active posting discussion but i since his topics are somehow interesting and good,i replied some of his started discussion. Then, after many discussion that i replied from that mylotter i never received a single response. Ugh,since then i never replies to any of his discussion. I don't know why people started a discussion and never care to respond or comment back. And one more is,why some mylotters feels that we should always agree with their topics (uh uh) have a good day always
