Don't forget stretching..........................

there are many ways to exercise. Others jog, run, and sprint. Stretching before doing anything is surely help you increase and maximize your capabilities of doing such thing. It is believed that the more you do stretching is the more you will be able to certain exercise in easy way. It is believed that it really helps your body to function well. So, if you are going to do anything, stretching is the key to perform your best.

I agree whole-heartedly that stretching, specifically dynamic stretching, prior to exercise will reduce injury risk. Dynamic stretching involves movements that mimic the activity you're about to take up. Everything from arm circles to warm up your shoulders to light jogging and leg swings to open up your hips is considered 'dynamic'. It's opposite is called 'static' stretching which performed by holding a stretched position for a set amount of time. Toe touches are a good example of static stretching.

it's actually best to stretch after exercise once your muscles are loose and warmed up you can then increase your flexibility.

That is so true, I love to go with my husband on evening walks and sometimes even job, even though I haven't done it in a while, because the summers down here in Florida have been unbearable. I am definitely looking forward to starting again, which I am hoping by next week I can get back into my walking and excercising mode. I always make a routine before and after excercising to stretch, if I am in a hurry and sometimes I am and I don't stretch out I start cramping especially in calves.
