Poor Roy Hodgson. Any time a manager is made available he is being linked with the Liverpool job. I am not sure that Roy was the best choice for Liverpool in the first place. Having said that, Liverpool are usually patient with their bosses. But if in the next two weeks Roy cannot deliver victories, his position would be in real trouble. Cheers! Ram

Rijkaard was sacked, Hagi went to Galatasaray as a new coach. Maybe Rijkaard's style couldn't be implemented at Galatasaray, but this doesn't mean that he is not a good trainer. He has won a Champions League trophy, we cannot say that he is not good. I don't know if he is going to replace Hodgson, I heard that Klinsmann is going to be the new coach of Liverpool if Roy will be sacked. I don't know why he has no results there, because he demonstrated last season at Fulham that he is able to do great things with a small team as well. Maybe that is the problem, that Liverpool has too many stars and he cannot impose himself in front of players like Gerrard and Torres. But I think that Rijkaard will prove that he is a good trainer at any team he goes. Galatasaray was an exception, he will prove himself elsewhere.
