need help from indian paypal users..

I have account in SBI. I am on paypal for last 6 months. I have following problems : -
1. I need to be verified, in what ways i can do this.
2. In paypal my name is harbir malhotra and in my bank account it is harbir singh as i don't use my surname in any document, so can i receive check for harbir singh not harbir malhotra, and how?
3. For wire transaction i need SWIFT BIC code but my bank branch doesn't have this facility but it is available at few kms away in my city(same), do i havd to fill any form with that branch or i just need to have their SWIFT and branch code?
4. They ask for PAN card number but i don't have one.. Is it really important to transfer money?

DO you have problem to verifying paypal account ? It is easy if you do not have a credit card, you can use VVC ( Virtual Credit Card ). If you have different names between name in paypal with your name on bank accounts in India, then you can do by way of comming directly to your bank to receive money from paypal.
