The recent news about bank of America losing billion dollars because of new consumer protection law, such as overdraft protection and new credit card reform. They might try to impose on your account with those nonsense strict rules that require you to follow. Such as you have to maintain certain amount of money in your checking account, otherwise, you might be charged a small fees, so and so. These rules are there to make the money they loss, and not customer friendly. If you don't like them, simply take your money and go somewhere else. There are thousands of banks in America, where you get treated royally.
