Your bank account agreement

Does your bank take unnecessary fees from my our account as monthly fees? I just got off the phone with my bank after getting my blood pressure raised. They had the nerve, after 6 years of being a client, to take a fee from me caused a maintenance installment. What the heck does that mean? After 6 years of being a client you'd think if things changed, they would inform me. No, no letter or email or even a call. Nothing on my online account indicating a change. When I opened the account, they started no fees ever. Now a change? I didn't sign any agreement to include fees or anything being taken put of my account ever, unless its by me or an account I set up for an automatic payment. I don't care if your changing things around. But not in my account you won't! Do you get fees out of your banking account? Did you complain? What else do you hate about your banking facility?

Wow,what are they thinking huh? The bank is earning from our money when they let it lend by other companies. And,we the depositors are not benefited from those interests they asks from the lenders. And even us,if we loan from our own bank,we loan our own money and still they are giving us interests with our loans (it's our own money then) Now the guts for the bank to asks us for fees? I would rather pull out or withdraw all my savings from that certain bank and transfer it to other banks that offers more benefits. Have a great weekend

Exactly. That is exactly what i was thinking. But yes, I will definitely be looking into a new bank. I am actually researching banks now online and reading their agreement, etc. Hopefully I can find a bank with no fees and no hassle. I like things to be smooth and under control. Thanks for responding.

Yes, they did. Not long ago, I review my online statement, and they charged me $2.00 fee for this service fee. I have to call them up and ask what is that all about. They did that for 3 consecutive months already. The representatives told me about this service they have to illustrated my written check on my statement, and they would start to charge fee for it. I say, cancel it, and I won't agree. Don't print any of those check I wrote for me to view.

Got fed up with banks till I changed to First Direct, an on-line bank. Friendly, free overdraft, no charges and when you phone them you can talk to a real person who speaks good English not some b machine or someone with an accent you can't understand all the best urban
