Which seat do you like on a flight?

I tend to go for the window seat. I never liked flying, still don't, but I can tolerate it. If I have an aisle seat I feel like I am in the way of everyone moving about the cabin during flight and when its time to unload. If I sit in the middle seat, I feel so claustrophobic and I tend to sweat and get a little panicky; That is unless I am sitting with someone I know like a family member or friend. So I usually book ahead my seat and purchase the window. Makes me feel like I have space and I am not in anyone's way and can mind my business. Which seat do you prefer?

I prefer the window seat as well, I like the thought of watching the clouds. lol. I like to sleep during flights and I don't want to be disturbed by those who will pass over me. I am more comfortable and get used to a window seat, its more convenient on my part than in the middle or in the aisle.

Your exactly right. I like to sleep too. So not having to worry about waking and moving for other people is a good one too. Plus I like to look out the window to the pretty clouds as well.

The thought of flying used to terrify me! Recently I was required to travel for work and I had to fly. In three short days, I had 4 flights. I was determined to get over my fear of flying and of heights, so I booked a window seat for all 4 flights. I am now addicted to flying and, if possible, I get the window seat every time I fly now because I love watching the takeoff and landing as well as looking out over the clouds, it can be so peaceful and relaxing!

I always want to get a window seat. On the last two flights I have been on which was London to Vancouver return I had the window seat, my baby daughter sat next to me and my disabled toddler son got the aisle seat. The place I wouldn't want to sit is in the row of seats in the middle of the plane far from the window. One time I went on Qantas I was annoyed because no window seats were available. There were 2, 3, 2 on that plane. I love traveling to different countries so I have to be able to fly on planes. Traveling by plane is a quick and convenient way to travel. Often there isn't a land and sea that would be possible. The only way to do a journey like London to Cape Town is to fly on a plane. So that is what I did and I got the window seat. Happy traveling.

I don't really mind either seat. I don't mind the window seat, or the aisle seat. I like both. I'm not that picky about either one.

If it is a short flight for a couple of hours, then I will choose the window seat. If it is long haul, then I prefer the aisle seat. I will take a walk along the aisle and I don't like to keep disturbing the passenger beside to let me get out.
