I just lost 6 points

I just lost 5 to 6 points under my name. I checked back to my discussions started and to others I have responded on and notice a user erased my comments or maybe mylot.com did. I made sure not to put anything rude or out of policy, so I am sure it is the user who is erasing their comments and my responses. Really? Is that even an issue? Why would you do that or why would you go out of your way to erase someones comment? Do any one of you here do that? If so, why?

I can assure you no user is erasing your comments. Only the administration can do this. A user can report a comment, response or discussion, but that is no guaranty we are going to delete it. When a discussion, comment or response is deleted, a notice is sent to your email with the reason it was deleted. Please check your email.

Thank you so much for your response. That's the weird part, I haven't received any email of a discussion being deleted. And like I said I went back to what I have commented on and notice its is erased on the SAME persons mylot account. Its just weird, but I do understand what you and RoseKiss above are saying. So thank you so much for responding.

My pleasure, I'm here to help. It should have been sent to the email you signed up for your mylot account under. It is sounding more to me like they are being erased when a response or discussion you have posted to has been removed. If this is the case, the violation is not yours, it just means the response you commented to or thread you responded to has been removed. But that too should have resulted in an email notice to you.

I just took a quick look at the posts I have removed in the last few days, and it doesn't appear any of yours were ones i deleted. So I am thinking they disappeared along with discussions that you responded to by others that were deleted .

hi 19bey83 why did you not read the guidelines a nd the rules of discussions and the questions and answers all the info you ask of us is already in there. You just made a discussion that may also 'be deleted as you did not read all the myloting or you wou ld not need to ask us. No user has the power to delete anything, only mylot admins and they will now delete anything in discussions that break the discussions. You are not suppsed to ask questions as your discussion ig that question is answered in the my lot q'and a's. you lose your discussion too. why on earth is it so hard to read the information for yourself and not bug us as some will always give you just what they think if the right answer and most of the time they have it all wrong. Dont be angry with me as when you signed up mylot told you to read all the information. You should have done so right then.no you are blaming the wrong person or persons. no user can delete anything not even his repeat posts. All that information was there for you to read when you signed up so my question is what made you not learn the information?also if you pay attention t o your email you will always get a notification from mylot that your response or responses were deleted BECAUSE THE DISCUSSION THEY WERE ON WAS DELETED SO THERE WENT YOUR SIX POINTS. SO DO NOT BLAME US BLAME YOURSELF FOR NOT LEARNING THE INORMATION.

Haha, its so funny to me how your so annoyed with this. Silly really. If you didn't like the discussion you didn't have to respond. You seem so uptight and bothered like you HAD to reply to this discussion. And if you read above, I spoke with an admin, so you can just relax and take a breathe! All CAPS means your yelling at me, if you didn't know. And I think that's really lame. And I don't blame anyone, I simply said user. That's not blaming anyone, its a general comment. Go harass someone else discussion board cause you just got yourself worked up for nothing. Have a GREAT day!!!

There is no way we can do that. The only ones that can do that is the admins, and there is a possibility that the discussion you posted to was deleted, so the responses got deleted as well. It happens all the time in here, as users, fail to read the guidelines, so they end up posting a discussion that gets deleted for a violation. when your discussion or any of your responses or comments deleted, then you do lose earnings. It is not really that big of a deal anyway, so I really wouldn't worry about it, as you can make it up in time. Just be active and participate, and you will see your earnings and post go up in no time. I can't guarantee that this discussion won't get deleted either, as it just might because yo0u didn't read the guidelines as you shouldn't mention that you lost posts or earnings, as it is explained in the guidelines as to why. I do wish you luck though and happy mylotting.

Thank you for your response. An admin also commented and you both gave the same information. So I truly appreciate it much. Thank you!

Its not the user that deleted your comment it.. Its mylot... You proably wrote something that violated the rules... I have had that happen to me before.. Yes I will contiune to write regardless it if gets out there or deleted... Not here for the money or the rating... This is an outlet to say what I want and to share with others how I feel about different subjects.. And that to me is one of the biggest payouts I can get.. Sorry this happened to you... before you blog or comment again it may be a good idea to look over the terms of mylot..

I didn't write anything that violated anything. The other person did. But I figured this all out already. I do appreciate the response though. Thanks!

hello, I never knew that we can erase any comment here in mylot. We can't even delete our own discussion even if we posted it twice by mistake or due to internet connection. It is the admin only who has the capacity to delete posts, comments and topics here in mylot. Kindly check your email for that, admin always send us notification for every deleted posts that we made. i can say that, maybe someone is stalking and giving you negative rates. It happens here, trolls are doing that, and we never knew them. Keep mylotting, trolls don't survive here that long, don't show that you are affected dear, they will rejoice for that.

This does happen to me sometimes but never with my own threads or discussion. Its because I responded and commented to a threads that are violating the forum guidelines, so basically once a thread got deleted means all the responses and comments will be deleted along with the thread too. So, don't worry because it is not only you, all the members who responded to that thread lose their point too. You will understand and learn over time, just the same as me. Now I already know which discussions that are going to be deleted so I don't respond on them any more though it it is interesting but because I don't want to lost point and time Good luck and have a nice day!
