Why do I fall asleep when it's hot and I don't when it's cold?

hmmm...i usually feel sleepy when i's cold and have difficulty sleeping when it's hot.

ahahaha! hmmm? not in my case. it's just good to sleep when it's cold. but in the afternoon when it's very hot, i am really sleepy!

May its our bodies way of storing and saving up energy. We feel sleepy because the weather outside our body is stressing our internal thermo regulation. Extreme weathers sets out an imbalance and our auto defense is rest.
