...drinking from containers??

I'm just curious what others think about people drinking from containers; including milk, juices, water, or whatever else. Do you find it disgusting? Or maybe you don't care if they are the only person who drinks from it? I'm partly asking because I find myself drinking from Orange Juice containers or V8 containers because I'm the only one who drinks them. I have my own "water bottle" filled with milk, and occasionally another one with a different liquid (right now it's Apple Cider). I'm not a cup person; I think it's wasteful. So when I want a drink of something I'm the only one in the house who drinks, I have no problem drinking it right out of the container. I'd never do this if others drank it too though. Anyway, I look forward to hearing what others think of this! Luckily, I'm not messy as shown in the picture, ha.

If its only me drinking out of the carton then I will, if I think other people are going to drink it after me then I wont do it. Its probably because I cant be bothered to wash the cup after I have used it. Especially if there is only a bit left in the carton!

I feel the same way! And you made a good point about finishing up a carton. As long as you finish it, then there's no harm in drinking right out of it. It's easier and saves you from having to wash a cup! Thanks for the reply!

I find it disgusting. Don't get me wrong here, it's very unhygienic and think about the other people as well! No one in our family dares drink directly from the pitchers -- and if someone (probably our friends or so), we'll tell them that it's not allowed in our house and that they should grab a container or glass if they wish to drink our beverages. Other than that, hope this counts! --Jaja

Oh gosh, I don't drink from the same containers as others; that I completely agree about. However, if I'm the only one, I don't see how it's unhygienic?! I couldn't imagine friends or family (guests in your home) drinking from a container that they know others are drinking from. That would be incredibly disgusting and selfish of them if they did that! Thanks for the reply!
