I don't know it's good or bad for women ,but i know when i was unhappy,and something are really bad for me ,i want to cry lonely.and don't tell anyone, just crying,then i will better .

I hope you are kidding! Yes of course it is. In fact it is not reserved just for them. WE all have times when like has given us a rough time and crying sometimes helps considerably. But of course!!!!!
