how to file taxes

I earn money online, and since most of my work is done at home, I only get paid thru paypal or electronic transfers. Since I'm earning, I have to pay taxes due. So how do I go about it? It's much different when you're employed in a company, where all these payments are processed by a payroll division. Now you have to file them each... SSS, Tax, Philhealth, GSIS...
