Problem with acne

This started a year before I graduated college. Because of the thesis and all the school work, I had little bumps in my face, usually one or two pimple in the cheecks. After 2 years and I'm now working, it starting to grow around my face (usually cheeks, forehead and around the lip). Sometimes, they go away but they always go back to the same spot. I really want to pop them up but I don't because I don't want to have craters in my face. They're really big and they're irritating to see. I even tried different beauty products but they usually work for awhile and then poof the pimples are back especially whenever my period is coming. I want to try some pills because my friend said that they work but I don't know what specific to try and I'm kinda scared that it might have side effects. I wash my face twice a day with tea tree oil and cleanser. Every night, I use toner and night cream. In the morning, I put on moisturizer and sunblock. I go to work with only foundation as a make up. I don't know what else should I do. Any recommendations you can give me as a solution to my problem? Did you have experience this also? You could also provide some beauty regimen of yours if you have one. I would really appreciate your help guys.

I'm not a dermatologist, but from experience, and what mother tells me, I don't think the tea tree oil would help. Its putting more oil into the face which actually helps the process of creating pimples. The pills were a success for me, until I stopped taking them before it was recommended to stop. The pills are supposed to dry your skin, which helps the acne go away since moisture is what acne needs to progress. Another suggestion, don't put on moisturizer in the morning. Clean your face with prescription creme that your local dermatologist recommends. Usually, a prescribed soap and water helped me a lot! Until I ran out of soap haha. But the pill really helped me a lot. :) Hopefully this helps.
