Yes, they do become victims of character assassination in court because often defence lawyers find that the most convenient thing to do - when they are faced with a situation where they are required to defend the indefensible !

ya most of the time women become victims of character assassination in court...due to which they don't complaint abt n e harrassment against them....

Yes of course. thats what bog shot lawyers do when they need to discredit someone in court. Thats the easiest way out as people today tend to think the worst of women even its not true
