I am fascinated at all the running the players do to score a goal. I do not know where they get their stamina. For me, one round on that field , kicking that ball, will put me on a stretcher. That doesn't mean I had a goal!

Because football/soccer is a religion in most countries around the world. Some people say that it's boring (just passing the ball around) but for me it's the most exciting sport in the world. The scores (goals) may be few but there's a lot of anticipation and excitement in the build-up leading to the goal. I used to be a basketball fan but switched to soccer after we got cable TV. Haha...

I think that football is loved because is a dynamic sport, with lots of emotions involved and the collective success is better than the personal one. Of course, everybody can play football, but only a few are very good at it. But without football this life would be very poor and many times football gives people happiness and hope when social life seems to be very bad.

The game is very simple even a kid watching it understand the rule. I believe the soccer carries some kinda madness with it. So almost all the people go crazy. U hardly find a game where skill, physical strength, mental strength are put to ultimate test which is quite common in soccer. And that's what people like about football.
