After the tonsillitis

Last week, my four year old daughter had tonsillitis. It was so bad that her fever reached 40 degrees celsius. It made her shiver that I almost had a heart attack. It was actually her first time to had a fever like that and to shiver. She also couldn't talk and eat for days. Her weight dropped.
It was very hard for me then and I am now thankful that she is alright.

Oh, that's too bad.
Don't let her eat too much sweets next time.

hi dorisday oh my g I so remember having tonsilitis and it hurting so much and being so hot. Did you take her to the doc tor or just fight
it out alone.With a high fever its a little safer to take her to your doctor as sometimes a sore throat and high fever can mask meningitis
in a small child.I know how hard it is as I went through that with my son when he was about her age. And we finally had to have his tonsils taken out.
