Does husband's opinion matter??

Your husband or loved one doesn't like you to get involve...He doesn't like you to fight your right and just leave it to God..forget your misfortune because of someone?????

The woman was illegally dismissed by her employer due to malign convictions of fellow worker. She didn't receive due process and was terminated. Her rights were stripped off such as less compensation, ongoing probationary after a year satisfactory performance, underpaid etc.... She wanted to file complain but husband didn't like the idea. What is she suppose to do? What are you going to do??

i believe it is, but in my parents' case most likely not because my dad's opinion are just so silly and he always thinks of having money and squandering it. so sad. =(
if i were in that position i would weigh it much better, and even if my husband wont allow me but i am pretty sure my decision is right i will pursue. =)

Hello a blessed evening to you, I just got in and read your post. I would like to respond that is why I am here, obviously hehe. Anyways for me it sounded that the husband just wanted the wife to be in the safe place (protective). He dont like the idea that the wife is fighting for her own rights. I feel like its just the same as he is just ok if his own family was abused by someone and he would not do anything out of it. Abused by using their power which I know is not also in the right place. Even if we are just employees we have our own rights that the company or employer should consider as well. I understand if the wife will be submissive to her husband because that's the usual norm we have in our country. Being a fight is very seldom especially to a woman. If she has her own initiative and dont want to be influence by any other people. She can complain and blurted it out. Its the wife rights that she is fighting for. Its not for anybody...

THEN I SUGGEST SHE BETTER LEAVE HER HUSBAND BECAUSE SHE WILL NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL IN ANYTHING THAT SHE DO BECAUSE HER OWN HUSBAND DONT WANT HERE TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING IN LIFE.iT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE COUPLES HAVE STRONG UNDERSTANDING ON BOTH NEEDS DESIRES AND WANTS IN LIFE.COUPLES MUST SUPPORT EACH OTHER AND TOGETHER ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE HUSBAND UNDESRTAND THE WIFE SO THE RELATIONSHIP WILL BE SMOOTH.
