Prayers needed

My aunt gave birth to a baby both a little over a month ago. He is the cutest little thing with chubby cheeks and big bright eyes (and long toes that his father likes pointing out to everyone).
However, this past weekend, my baby cousin has been admitted into the children's hospital because of heart complications. They've already did a bypass and also put a balloon in one of his arteries. Luckily, he is stable now but they are still not sure what to do for him.
It's been days and I'm finally in town so I'm able to go check on him and his parents. It is so scary that these things can happen to such a young, little boy who is barely a month old. I pray and hope that the doctors will find out whatever they need to to get my baby cousin back into good health.

I have said a prayer and I hope he is okay! I am sure with the prayers of many MyLotters, your prayers will be answered. Just try to stay positive and keep God with you. You may want to say the St. Joseph 30 day prayer...It always works for me!

I'll be seeing him again later this week and the doctors think he needs another procedure but they are optimistic so thank you all for your prayers.

I will be praying for your baby cousin along with your family. Prayer is a great wonder of God. I have a few cousins in my family that were born really sick and early. One baby was born nearly 4 months early and weighed just 1 pound 1.2 oz and now he's a happy and very healthy 3 year old. I hope your little cousin has a very speedy recovery!!

4 months early and 1 pound and 1.2 oz? Oh my, that must have been scary but I'm so happy to hear that he's now happy and 3 years old.

Hello vjenkins86,
You have a sad story there and I understand you about your feelings because it is really hard to handle that kind of situation. And you are right that prayers is very important because God is the only way or the best way to help your aunt's baby. I hope that he will heal as soon as possible.
