Most people who are working I observed they are eating heavy meals on supper because that's the only time they are not in a hurry. In the morning or noon they are always time limit because of their work, but at night night they are relax so they eat heavy supper. Are you doing that too?

I go to work too but I see to it that I do not eat heavily during supper. I keep in mind this simple saying about eating -- Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. I used to not eat breakfast but when I found out that it is the most important meal of the day, I also make it a point to have a hearty breakfast before going off to work. Lunch is usually a cup of rice and viand. Dinner is the lightest meal, half a cup of rice with viand.

Not now.. maybe before when I have a full time job!! that's right, only at night we are not in hurry.. so we eat a lot. But now that I am staying home, I sometimes don't eat supper because I am getting heavier now hahaha... but yes, it's not good to eat heavy meals prior to your sleep.

that is correct for me. I am working whole day and I eat a light breakfast and lunch. But during supper I pig out. This may be because I have the time, as what you stated. I also feel so hungry after office hours. But during weekends, I have heavy Brunch, and light dinner. But if I have a choice, I want to have a heavy breakfast and light dinner so as not to ruin the right diet.

That's the best thing to do. So in order for you not to be in a hurry in the morning it is good to wake up early and eat a heavy breakfast. Lol.

Inmy country that biggest meal used to be at luch time but it has changed in big cities due to the dificulties of eating a good meal then. So the biggest meal is at diner now. In my case, I usually eat more at lunch when I´m alone. When I have company, I only eat a sandwich at lunch while I prepare a good diner.

Oh why you eat little when you have company? But anyway, that's right eat a lot in the morning or noon rather than at night time.

No. I regularly eat during breakfast and I don't eat too much in dinner. Just to feel that I am filled up with food, it will be enough for me. Sometimes I don't eat in the dinner, but I know it will be very dangerous for me if I will skip meal. But I just do it sometimes not regularly because I am thinking to keep me in shape.

I'm already a big boy and a weightlifter, so right there I am eating a lot of food. Most of the time, the meals are big and heavy, as I need the food for fuel. However, I will say that I do like pigging out on food, when I am hungry because it freaks people out on how much food I can go through before I am full, and how little time it takes for me to digest it. Yes, after I get off work, I stop and grab something to eat, go home, then raid the fridge for something else. But my appetite is huge, so even if I eat heavy and fill my stomach up, I wake up in the middle of the night hungry and find something to tie me over until I wake up the next day.
