That dreaded tsunami has struck again in remote Indonesian islands killing over 113 people as reported by official agencies. Triggered by 7.7 magnitude earth quake struck the island on late Monday. The figures reported could be just the tip of the ice burg it could rise many fold as the report starts flowing in from remote and sparsely populated islands. This refreshed the memories of 2004 tsunami struck on boxing day killing over 230,000 people all over Asian Countries.
Nature has once again sent a reminder to the mankind that however you try you can not win over me. What do you think?

We do try our best to conquer the nature but the nature is much more powerful than we can imagine. Last time when devastating tsunami struck in '05 there was lot of talk about accurate forecasting and warning to the people concerned. But lives are still being lost and we can not do anything about it.

Prior to the 2004 tsunami, there wasn't one for the previous 50 years. But since then, this is the second time in had happened in 6 years. If it not looking good at all. Scientist is predicting that a major earthquake, which is larger than the 2004 one, is due. And when it do happen, I dread to think of the consequences.

Sad to hear many lives were lost but it's nature's way of cleansing, all we can do is pray and be thankful that all is not lost.
