yes my dear friends! studies show that people who sleep about 4 or 5 hours a day produces 50% more insulin than people who sleep an average of 8 hours a day. the insulin that is being produced by less sleep has less sensitivity which causes diabetes and obesity. which is why we need to sleep about 8 hours a day. do not engross yourselves too much on work. if you don't get enough sleep, your health will be at risk and you might not work and make money! instead you'll be spending too much money in buying medicines for your illness! that would be horrible! so guys, please heed this advice. always remember, health is wealth! stay healthy!

I sleep less than 8 hours so I get more insulin? I think I have to sleep now. I should stop from making my eyes drop before going to bed. I'll listen to you. Good night now. Thank you for this advise.

you are welcome wongchoiyee... i keep on researching for something to share to other people especially regarding health. i can see many people get hospitalized and i pity them so much. but i also am one of the not so healthy persons. and that is one other reason for my research.
