GPT and PTC sites Money

so I have noticed on most GPT and PTC sites the amount that they pay for you to click or to refer is pretty low. there are some sites like NeoBux that allows you 4 clicks per day usually at .01 per click.. but others are more like .00000001 per click... anyone know why these are so low and how do you make money at them... real money. I am on most popluar sites but have yet to reach any payout levels on any of them... any suggestions
