The New Superman

Times are changing. They've already redid Wonder Woman's appearance, giving her pants and a bit more edge. Now the man of steel is being revamped.
Instead of being the buff man with the broad shoulders, square jaw and sparkling eyes that dazzle with kindess, he looks more like the current vision of vampires- lanky, brooding and possesses glowing eyes. Even his alter ego, Clark Kent, is becoming more Emo.

I guess I'm just old school,I don't like it. I prefer the traditional Superman/Clark Kent image. I guess Hollywood needs to change things up and make it more modern, but I'm not a fan. I enjoyed all the old Superman movies and I just fnished watching all the seasons of Smallville and enjoyed it much. I like Superman. :) Have a Great night!

You're not alone. According to a lot of the comments left on the other page, many fans do not like the new version.
I'm still unsure how I feel about this change. I miss the class look, but I'm not against change. I'm just not sure if they changed him too much or what. Oh well.

Maybe I am old school but give me the one that was on TV in the fifties. George Reeves was cool in his role as Superman and life was easier then.

Yeah this was lousy that they wanted to make Superman angsty and brooding, and bit of a cocky jerk... Good thing that didn't stick or did it?
