what to do with my ugly flabs

I lost a lot of weight since last year. about 50 kgs and i still have about 10 kilos to lose. my problem now is, my skin are all loose. will going to the gym help me solve my problem? and what specific resistance training can i do to deal with my saggy arms and butt?

Depending on the elasticity of your skin you can get rid of that by doing strengthening exercises but if you lost the weight drastically and did not train it will be hard to loose it. Most people that I have seen that loose that much weight so quickly usually have to get it surgically removed but it is because they are already much older and their skin is not as elastic as it was before. Try going to the gym and also try one of those suites like they give people after having lipo suction you know the ones that sort of hold everything in tight that might help with the training to attach the skin back to the muscle as you train.

I think going to the gym can help. What I have used that works great is a video from Jillian Michaels. She's the trainer off the Biggest loser. Its called the 30 day shred. She works you from head to toe all in 25 minutes. Its 3 levels of workout and you do ten days on each 3 levels and after thirty days you can see the change. I actually started see results in the first week because you do this everyday for 30 days. My arms, abs and butt and legs were all more toned and inches gone from this. You can by the dvd on amazon online. She has a lot of other too. Good luck.
