I am having a hangi on Saturday & we are wanting to know the Maori prayer that is said before the hangi...My hubby is a kiwi but he is white (his cousins are maori so he har grown up with the culture) but he doesn't know the prayer. Could anyone please help us to either find the prayer or let us know what it is? Cheers.
