I regularly jogged at 3 times a week. This week I have 5 times at least 30 minutes jogging. I'm 148 lbs. in the first of the week and now I'm 140 lbs. I really like jogging because it improve my stamina and feel better but doing it this week is very painful and tiring. Still, I'm happy with the results of my jogging. Whew!

There's another option you have to avoid this painful and tiring session you had every week. Try jogging for just 2 times a week or maximum of 3 times a week. But instead of counting the time you've been jogging/running, try concentrating on the distance. For example this week the maximum distance you can jog is 2Km then aim for 3-4Km next week then add another Km or two weekly. You will still experience pain and of course still feel tired but definitely it will help you lose more weight.

Hellocinjhoxmyltc, It could be the sneakers are not suppotive enough for weight when you jog. I start there and see if add Dr. scholl support in each sneaker to be more cushiony or softer on the feet. The concrete or the pavement is very hard surace. Are you runnig from heel to toe or toe to heel that can make your feet hurt if you are not running correctly and are you getting enough fluids in your body after run like gaterade drink etc... I hope these ideas help. Thanks and have a great day Sincerely unique16
