How to increase your stamina?

I have a busy schedule and i really get tried due to stress, pressure etc. I am very low stamina. Can anyone share any home remedies for increasing one's stamina?

Exercise will boost your stamina, yoga is especially good. You could try ginseng or some people like guarana which will give you an energy boost but don't take it late into the evening because it is caffeine like and may keep you awake.

Have you tried confiding what you feel with a medical professional like a doctor or a physician? Your problem might be an outside symptom of an inner problem. I suggest you take a medical check up to be sure of your health.

As stated, running will help you release the stress of the day. But then you must have a proper diet along with good exercise to increase your stamina. Eating the right foods, cutting out sugars and tons of starches will help you increase your stamina. Just changing your diet can help you feel like you are not carrying around a heavy load every day!

Jogging and running only. There's not some pill that's going to make you have decent stamina.
