I want to lose some additional excess weight-tips

I want to lose some excess weight but can you tell me some good exercises which can help me apart dieting. I was doing rope skipping before was very disappointed with the result.I want an overall body fat burner exercise.

Walking, running, bicycling, spinning, kick-boxing, using an elliptical machine..Anything that is a cardio exercise (an exercise that works your heart) will help. And don't be discouraged if you don't see a loss right away - these things take time. Also make sure you're modifying your diet AND drinking a good amount of water a day. Both exercising & eating habits play an equal role in losing weight.. So good luck to you!

Dietary control and exercise is very important for lose weight-all yu need to do is watch what y eat, and expend more energy than yu consume. it's really that simple. replace carbs when you can. by that I mean replace high glycemic food(bad carbs) with their lower glycemic versions. for example, instead of eating white bread, eat100% whole wheat bread. instead of eating pasta , eat whole wheat pasta, instead of eating white rice, eat brown rice. and keep a workout log. it's hard to make progress in the gym when you don't remember what you did previous time.
