i had read this while studying total quality management. but we generally comes across many cases in which the customers are cheated or have to suffer a lot. one of my worst experience is with my first ipod which was not ok from the very first day and i came to know about it within hours of purchase but i had to wait for a week to get that replaced. have you felt the same way.. is customer really the king of market or mere puppets of large organizations and companies....

ya i agree with you,customer is the king of the market as indian says customer is god for us,customer is a consumer and production of every company epends upon consumer.more consumer more production..as u can say that more customers more production.. now its time to focus on your ipod case from the very first day u found your ipod damaged,,yar i hate to tell you but u have to forget about it because "jo ho gya so ho gya" chad yar nva le la ge...

well customer satisfaction will also lead in cutting the costs of the manufactures and will increase the confidence about a particular company in customer's mind.
