I just sprinkle alittle of salt or whatever spice i am feeling that day
on the seeds. i recommend only using a few dashes because nothing tastes worse
then over salty seeds. i would bake them at 300 for maybe 10 minutes..it depends how fast your oven heats up and cooks but thats just a guideline.
the cooking time varies on your oven to start out i would try 250 degress.

The recipe I have is pretty easy. You melt a tbsp of butter for every cup of seeds you have and a tsp of salt and mix it together. then you just spread it out in an even layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for like 30 min. till they are slightly brown. You also could use like garlic salt or other flavors if you wanted to flavor them. This year I added this bacon bacon stuff from tastefully simple that is basically bacon bits and onion. So they had kind of a smoky bacon flavor. They were good.
