Does anyone know a solution for insomnia?

Hey guys, I really have a trouble on sleeping. I don't want to take any sleeping feels. i want to fight insomnia naturally. can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance

I also have insomnia and for me the best solution is sleeping pills. Not all of them have side effects. In fact most don't just make sure you don't take prescription sleeping pills because those can mess you up. But since you don't want to take them I think the only real solution for you is to fix your sleeping schedule if work or school is the thing that gets in the way of you sleeping. That means you have to work to fall asleep at the right time, for most people they should be sleeping by 10 pm and waking up sometime by 7 am depending on when they work. There isn't much I can tell you to help with that except the few things I remember that my doctor told me. You should get off the computer at least an hour before you should be in bed, the doctor said it makes you think less and helps your "brain shut down". You should also not be reading before bed or thinking or doing anything that makes you more awake basically. Also during the day try to do stuff that makes you tired so it is easier to fall asleep, but I know that doesn't help everyone but I don't know... maybe it might help you. So yea try to get a little exercise a few times a week and stuff. Hope this helps at least a little bit.
