Craving for Pork Adobo

Have you tried adobo cooked in fish sauce or patis? I cook this adobo variety but I use chicken not pork because I don't eat pork. Adobo is normally cooked in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic but instead of soy sauce there is adobo recipe that uses fish sauce instead. This tastes just as great. Try this for a change.
