Sachin: Hansie Cronje was the toughest bowler to handle!!

well we have to carefully analyse this statement. the bowler who troubled sachin more was surely mcgrath.besides it was one heck of a competition when these two faced off. he even said abdul razzaq as another tough bowler because he doesnt give up. but why he specifically said hansie cronje as the toughest bowler? he gave the reason himself. " its not because i am not able to pick him.its just that whenever i play a shot,it goes straight to the fielder " so he said it because eventhough razzaq and mcgrath troubled him,he atleast knew how to handle them but in cronje's case,he seems to have no control . it just happens

well we dont know about it. sachin is the experienced player who faced a lare number of bowlers in international cricket. in past he also told that S.Afridi was also a toughest bowler to face. so these bowlers may have something special in them rather than having records.

Well Sachin is saying so as Hansie really took his wicket at crucial moments and one of the most important moments among those is India playing in a tri series final against SA in SA and India was chasing a huge target .Tendulkar and Dravid were on the crease and Tendulkar took all the bowlers including Donald and Pollock hitting them out of the park .India made 61 runs in 7 or 8 overs and were on top .Suddenly Hansie Cronjie came and bowled and slower one causing Tendulkar to give a simple catch at leg slip .Tendulkar was furious while going out as India was on top and he was playing very well , his previous innings was against Zimbabwe in which he scored a brilliant hundred helping India to chase a target of 256 in 40 overs to qualify for the final.India lost the match after Tendulkar got out and SA won the series.I am sure this inning must have been in Tendulkar's mind while making this statement though i am surprised that Tendulkar mentioned Cronje and not Mcgrath , because its Mcgrath who troubled Tendulkar most.
