I really am not yet familiar with this brand of camera. But I think camera shops in the mall are selling it. I think the distributor for most of fuji brands is Columbia Photos, but I'm not very sure though. However you may want to explore in what is dubbed as the camera-lover's paradise -- Hidalgo St. in Quiapo. It is the haven of all things camera. You may want to check it out coz you can haggle for a good bargain.

Would like to suggest your discussion title to be more specific but, it was good enough to catch attention and, who knows, maybe a foreigner who has or had been in the Philippines might know where you can look for this kind of camera? Alright. The most popular place in Manila where you can get anything would be in Quiapo. Now, if your specific about cameras, you go there and along Hidalgo, near Quiapo Church, you'll find lots of shops that sells cameras. I think you can even try to negotiate for a lower price Perhaps you can find what you are looking for there or, if its not yet available, a store might be able to have one ordered for you
